For our first indulgent episode of Treat Yo’Self, we caught up with our dear friend Nick Coulter, Co-Owner of Hanoi Hannah, Saigon Sally & Tokyo Tina. He lives and breathes Windsor and is very susceptible to treating himself. He runs three venues and in between bowls of Beef Pho, indulging in life’s sweeter things is high on the to-do list.
You’ve worked hard all week. You’ve played by the rules. Those menu items you look at every day and tell yourself not to touch? That sweet, sweet sugar? Time to indulge and satisfy your taste buds. It’s time to think about numero uno and really Treat Yo’Self.
We know there’s a special meal you’ve been lusting over. If you’re out and about in Windsor, don’t go any further than Parlour Diner. You deserve some Fried Chicken, Burgers and Shakes. You really do.
If you go, you’re missing out if you don’t try the Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken. It comes either as a two or four piece meal with Curly Fries and a Salad, or you can just get a side with two pieces. And the pieces are hectic. Large, white-meat strips soaked in a secret marinade for one-two days to get it the most tender, then floured and deep fried to a crispy perfection.
